1. Do EatWell boxes need to be stored in the refrigerator?

Answer: All our products have a long shelf life and can be stored at room temperature (until opened). Exact instructions can be found on each product's packaging.

2. How soon after ordering will I receive my box?

Answer: On average, we deliver orders within 5-8 business days. We always strive to prepare and ship boxes as quickly as possible.

3. Can the kits be customized?

Answer: Yes! We invite you to take our 30-second test on the main page – it will help you choose a kit that perfectly matches your goals (weight loss or muscle gain).

4. What if I can't find a suitable kit for myself?

Answer: Write to us on Instagram @eatwell.lt or via email. We will gladly help you create a customized basket!

5. Do you deliver to other countries?

Answer: Currently, we only deliver throughout Lithuania.
