We aim for your "EatWell" kits to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery methods: All orders are sent to parcel lockers ("Omniva," "LP Express," "Venipak," "Smartpost," and "DPD") or by courier to your home throughout Lithuania.

Delivery time: Since we work with the freshest batches and limited quantity kits, we assemble "EatWell" boxes specifically for your order. Currently, we dispatch orders within 5–8 business days from receipt of payment. As soon as your kit leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an SMS message with a tracking code (Omniva, LP Express, etc.).

How does delivery work?

Order preparation (3–5 business days): We prepare your "EatWell" box. At this stage, the shipment has not yet been handed over to the courier.

Shipping (2–3 business days): As soon as your box is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. From that moment, you will be able to track in real-time when the shipment will reach your parcel locker.

Delivery cost: The delivery cost is calculated separately and depends on your chosen delivery method. You will see the exact price in the shopping cart before confirming your order.

Important: When the shipment arrives at the parcel locker, please collect it as soon as possible to ensure the products remain in the best quality.
