Return policy
As EatWell boxes consist of food products, we apply the following return policy:
Return of Food Products: In accordance with applicable laws, high-quality food products are non-returnable.
If the product is defective: If you received damaged packaging or the product does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email at eatwell.nutrition@outlook.com or Instagram message. Be sure to send a photo of the packaging.
Resolution: If we determine that the product was defective, we will immediately send you a new box or refund your money.
Orders: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped (please contact us as soon as possible).
